My coaching is drawn from a running career in which I have represented New Zealand at the World Athletics Championships; won the Auckland and Rotorua Marathons; been coached by Arthur Lydiard and lived in a training camp in Kenya’s Rift Valley.

This website serves as a way of finding a little more about me and what I can offer you as you work towards your running goals.

Whether you are new to running or you aim to break your personal best for 5km or the marathon, I can help. If you haven’t got a specific goal, I can work with you on that too.
