NZ Running (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at nzrunning.co.nz. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. We automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and device type. This is collected by our analytics and hosting providers.

Newsletter Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose.

However, no system is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

7. Your Rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)
