Kaiapoi Fun Run & Walk

The Kaiapoi Fun Run features a course that predominantly traverses off-road paths alongside the picturesque Kaiapoi River, offering participants a scenic natural backdrop. The longer 10km route extends into the Silverstream area, encompassing both sides of the stream, before looping back to the start/finish line. Participants in the 5km event follow the same initial path but turn around at the railway line, completing a single lap of the river. This event captures the serene landscapes of Canterbury and is characterized by a community-oriented atmosphere, welcoming both runners and walkers who enjoy the tranquility of river-side tracks.
