• Course Environment: The race takes place in Riverhead Forest, featuring a commercial pine forest landscape. Runners will experience a variety of terrain including smooth flowing single trails and wider dirt tracks, with a small portion (approximately 50m) on gravel roads.
• Elevation Details: Each lap of the course includes approximately 60m of vertical gain, adding a challenging element of elevation to the race.
• Race Format: Participants can choose to run solo or as part of a relay team. Relay teams can have 2, 4, or 6 members. The format involves completing as many laps as possible within the chosen duration of 8, 12, or 24 hours.
• Unique Transition Area: The course layout integrates a ‘tent city’ where teams set up their base. Transitions between runners happen right outside the team’s tent, facilitating smooth handovers and a communal atmosphere among participants.
