The race
Set against the scenic backdrop of Lake Tikitapu, this event offers a variety of triathlon formats, catering to both individual participants and teams. The swim takes place in the pristine waters of the lake, followed by a road cycling segment that winds through the Rotorua region, concluding with a challenging trail run that immerses participants in the natural beauty of the area.
In addition to the triathlon options, there are two standalone trail running events: a Half Marathon and a 10 km run. These trails offer participants a chance to experience the lush landscapes and unique terrain that characterize Rotorua.
