The course for this event showcases a scenic route that begins at Takapuna Grammar School and makes its way along the stunning coastlines of Takapuna and Milford beaches, concluding at Milford Reserve. This setting not only provides participants with breathtaking ocean views but also a flat, manageable terrain ideal for both seasoned runners and casual walkers.

Participants are encouraged to dress up, adding a festive and playful atmosphere to the event. The finish line at Milford Reserve becomes a hub of activity with entertainment, competitions, and spot prizes, making it a lively gathering spot for families and friends.

As North Harbour’s largest annual fun run, this event plays a significant role in fostering community spirit and involvement. It supports local schools by contributing all proceeds to sports equipment grants, thereby directly benefiting the youth and promoting active lifestyles in the community.
