East End parkrun

parkrun is a free, friendly, weekly 5km community event open to everyone. Whether you prefer to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply cheer from the sidelines, all are welcome.

How It Works
The event starts every Saturday at 8:00am. To record an official time, register once before your first run and bring a scannable barcode each week.

Who It’s For
parkrun welcomes all ages and abilities — from first-timers to regular runners — making it a supportive, social way to start the weekend.

Where is it?

The event takes place at Nobs Line, Strandon, New Plymouth, 4312. (Grass area to the right, between East End and Fitzroy Surf Lifesaving Club).
