FREE community running / wogging group in Rotorua – we are very inclusive for beginners and back-of-packers, and can support you with gear, nutrition advice, and coach-led training programs to get you to a half marathon, full, or TUM 50-100km. If you can do a 5km in under 45 minutes, you won’t be left behind. If you’re slower than that, we just fit you in with the Freedom Walkers until you get some speed up.

Winter – Weds 6pm, Sun 8am
Summer – Tues & Thurs 6pm, Sun 7am
