About this club
Ponsonby Run Club is a free social running club hosted by The Attention Seeker. Every Friday we meet at 19 Mackelvie Street, Grey Lynn: briefing at 5:45pm, run at 6pm. The route is about 6 km (around 40 minutes), out and back through Grey Lynn Park toward Cox’s Bay. All paces are welcome and a sweeper runs at the back, so no one is left behind. Free BBQ and drinks after the run. Register free on Humanitix.
