Regenerate Run Club

Regenerate Run Club in Taupō is a female-focused running group led by Mystique, an exercise physiologist and mum. The club meets every Wednesday evening at 6pm and welcomes women of all abilities. Runs are social and supportive, often blending walk/run intervals with conversation, creating an uplifting space to move, connect, and build confidence. The focus is on enjoying movement, feeling positive, and strengthening both body and mindset.
