Te Anau Run Club

A social chatty run for locals, visitors and tourists. We meet up every Monday evening at RealNZ for a run around the lake edge and welcome anyone to drop in. As a town with many tourists, holiday makers and seasonal workers passing through, the group is wonderfully varied. Some people come every week, and some come just once.

The run route is an out and back (in either direction) and caters for all abilities. At various points we stop and runners turn back in smaller groups to complete a total distance of 5-10km. Pace is not our priority. Everyone welcome!

The Monday Meetup reminders, our traditional weekly Group Photo, and other news are posted in a Facebook group – but you can simply show up and join in.

We are looking to expand into a drills night, and potentially a ‘Core Crusher’.
