Leith Harbour Free 5K & 10K: July

• The event alternates monthly between Thursdays at 6 PM and Sundays at 9 AM.
• The location for the July event is at the intersection of Neptune and Magnet Streets, Dunedin.
• The course follows the Te Aka Ōtākou shared path, suitable for wheelchair and pram users.
• Participants need to register only once to be eligible for future races, with registration available online or on-site at the event start.
• The series includes monthly races, with the next one scheduled for 31 August.
