Saint Clair Vineyard Half Marathon

Set against the backdrop of Marlborough’s renowned vineyards, this event offers a scenic journey through the region’s grape-growing landscape, providing participants with a unique opportunity to experience the local viticulture up close.

The course features 21 kilometers of primarily flat terrain, though it presents some uneven surfaces and includes less than 4 kilometers of sealed road. Runners and walkers will navigate through the vineyards, crossing short stop banks and following the winding path alongside the Wairau River.

Participants have flexibility in how they engage with the event, with options to run, walk, or choose a hybrid approach for the half marathon. A 12-kilometer option is also available, allowing for either running or walking. This event fosters a community atmosphere, encouraging both competitive and recreational involvement.
