The Honest Lawyer 5K Series
The Honest Lawyer Series 5K, held on 23 March 2026, features a selection of three distinct courses starting from The Honest Lawyer Country Pub in Monaco, Nelson.
Course 1 offers an out-and-back route along the scenic Monaco Peninsula, providing participants with views of the waterfront and local flora. Course 2 is a “Y” shape that extends near the Nelson airport, while Course 3 serves as a backup option, also utilizing an out-and-back format along the Deviation.
This event accommodates both runners and walkers of varying abilities, fostering an inclusive atmosphere. Participants can register on the day starting at approximately 5:15 pm in the Courtyard outside the pub. Walkers and early runners typically begin at 6:00 pm, while the main running group starts at 6:15 pm.
