The race

The course includes options tailored for both adults and youth aged 16 and above, offering short, medium, and long distances that allow for competitive or casual participation. Younger participants have dedicated courses, including a Splash & Dash for the very young, fostering an inclusive environment.
Swim-only options are also available, catering to those who prefer to focus solely on the swimming aspect. The logistics of the event encourage communal engagement, with participants encouraged to bring their own wet suits, togs, and running shoes, as well as picnic blankets to enjoy the summer vibe.
