About this course
This is our first event in our new Trail Run & Walk Series here at Waipu Caves Farm Park on 28 June 2026, set across 320 acres of private conservation land. Whether you are a trail runner, casual walker, family, or nature lover, there is a course for you.
Choose from 3 trail distances; a 4.5km and 7km run/walk and a 10km run.
The course is on off-road trails through varied terrain including native forest, farm road, grass paddocks, up steep hills, along valley flats, across rivers (10km course) and through muddy ponds.
This event is part of the Waipu Caves Farm Park Run & Walk Series, where several other run/walk events are planned.
Registration opens at 9:15am, with event planned to start at 10:30am and finish at around 1:30pm with spot prizes.
Entry fees are: Adults $20, teens 13-19 $15, children 5-12 $10, spectators $5
