5:15am – **Run Up the Hill** 🏔️ (For the early risers, this one’s a challenge!)
6:30pm – **Social Run** 🌟 (~5km, meeting at various spots around Halswell)

5:15am – **Intervals** ⏱️ (Speed and strength, let’s get it done!)

5:30am – **Wetlands Run** 🌳 or 6:30am – **Westlake Run** 🌅
6:30pm – **Intervals in Halswell Domain** 💪 (Perfect for improving your fitness, strength, and speed!)
