The club
Live To Run is a welcoming trail running community that brings people together to enjoy the outdoors, develop their running skills, and build lasting friendships. The group meets every Thursday evening, usually gathering at 6:10pm for a 6:15pm start, with winter runs sometimes starting slightly later at 6:20pm. Locations vary throughout the season and may include Bowenvale Valley, Bottle Lake Forest, Mt Pleasant, or Hansen Park, offering runners a range of trail experiences. Open to all levels, the club provides a supportive and encouraging environment, with coaching available to guide each group during winter sessions. Whether you’re new to trail running or looking to connect with like-minded runners, Live To Run offers both community and adventure on the trails.
