A moderate loop through Cornwall Park, one of Auckland's best-loved open spaces in the heart of Epsom. The route mixes paved paths, hiking tracks and some road sections, with great views across the park and out over the city — the climb up One Tree Hill (Maungakiekie) is close at hand for anyone wanting more.
Surfaces vary between sealed paths, park tracks and short road sections, so it suits a mix of running. Free parking at the Green Lane West / Epsom-side entrance; note the park gates open around 7am and close in the evening, with times shifting through the year.
