The race
About this course
Set against the backdrop of KartSport Hamilton, this event is part of a three-race series that fosters community engagement and encourages participation across various skill levels. The course is designed as a closed circuit, ensuring a safe environment for all competitors.
Participants have the option to enter either the Open Duathlon, which adheres to Tri NZ drafting regulations and is tailored for experienced riders, or the Try-A-Duo, a more relaxed format aimed at juniors and newcomers who prefer a non-competitive atmosphere. This flexibility allows for a diverse range of competitors, enhancing the event’s inclusive culture.
The event promotes local involvement and camaraderie among participants, making it a vibrant gathering for both seasoned athletes and those new to the sport. Non-members are welcomed, further enriching the community spirit.
