The race
About this course
This event promotes physical activity among children aged 6 to 15, fostering a spirit of participation and healthy living. The swimming segment takes place in a heated outdoor pool, ensuring a comfortable environment for young competitors. The transition area is conveniently situated on the sports fields of St. Peter’s School, allowing for smooth movement between events.
The cycling course takes participants through the safe, private streets surrounding the school, providing a controlled environment away from traffic. The running leg occurs around the school field, offering a flat and accessible route for young athletes.
Participants can compete individually or as part of a two-person team, with each member taking on a specific leg of the triathlon. Additionally, a ‘Splash n Dash’ aquathon is available for the youngest competitors, introducing them to the excitement of multisport events in a fun and engaging manner.
Community involvement is evident, with local support contributing to the event’s atmosphere, making it a vibrant occasion for families and friends to cheer on young participants.
