Kerikeri Half Marathon

The Northland Waste Kerikeri Half Marathon features a 21.1 km course that is predominantly downhill, creating a fast and enjoyable route for participants. The race starts in Okaihau and winds through rolling countryside before concluding in the vibrant hub of Kerikeri at the Kerikeri Domain. This event is known for its scenic views and community atmosphere, drawing both local and visiting participants.

In addition to the half marathon, there is a 5 km fun run that offers a unique experience by going off-road. Participants in this shorter distance will enjoy Kerikeri’s beautiful trails and natural landmarks, including the Wairoa Stream Waterfall, adding an adventurous twist to the event.

This race serves as the concluding event of the Sport Northland Run/Walk Series, marking its significance in the regional athletic calendar.
