About this course
The course begins at the Christchurch Estuary, guiding participants along Linwood Avenue before turning onto Dyers Road. A right onto Bridge Street leads to The Parade, where runners can select between two distinct routes: the fast option that follows Marine Parade past the Pier, or the scenic route that offers a beachside experience. Both routes converge for the final stretch along The Parade leading to Thompson Park.
Throughout the event, a lively atmosphere prevails, characterized by entertainment and community engagement, contributing to its reputation as a significant local celebration. Participants can join individually or as part of teams, fostering camaraderie among friends, family, and colleagues.
