Sprig & Fern 10K: Māpua

• This event is the concluding race in a series of four held in the Nelson region.
• It accommodates participants of all abilities.

Entry Fees:
• Standard entry is $10 per event.
• Free entry is available for school children, youth students, Waimea Harriers members, and Athletics Nelson members.

Race Schedule:
• Registration is from 1:20 PM to 2:00 PM.
• Casual walkers and very early runners begin at 1:45 PM.
• Speed walkers and early runners start at 2:15 PM.
• The main running group starts at 2:30 PM.

Team Participation:
• Participants have the option to run in teams, splitting the distance with a partner.
• Each team member runs half the distance, with responsibility for their own transportation to and from the changeover point.

Organizers:
• Hosted by Waimea Harriers.

• Follows the event in Brightwater Motueka held on 23 August 2025.
