About this course
The event takes place at Wairarapa College and is part of an annual series organized by the Wairarapa Multi Sports Club, fostering youth participation in triathlon activities.
Courses are designed to accommodate various age groups, starting with a single width swim, followed by a lap of biking and a half-lap run for the youngest participants, while older youth tackle more challenging distances, including multiple swim lengths and laps for biking and running.
The atmosphere is typically vibrant, with community support visible throughout the event. Spot prizes are awarded during the event, adding an element of excitement, while major prizes are presented at the conclusion of each evening’s activities. This series not only promotes physical fitness but also encourages camaraderie among young athletes.
