JD Duathlon Series: Race 4 – Southbridge

The final event in the Tuffnell Drainage JD Duathlon Series features a course designed to accommodate a range of participants, from beginners to experienced athletes. The run legs take place on a rectangular lap of approximately 1.4km, utilizing nearby footpaths, while the bike leg consists of laps on a flat 9.4km on-road route, with strict no drafting regulations to ensure fairness.
