Seatoun Coastal Challenge

The Seatoun Coastal Challenge features a course that offers a scenic and historical journey along the Seatoun coastline. Participants will start and finish at Seatoun School, running or walking past key local landmarks including expansive beaches, the historical Seatoun Wharf, and World War II bunkers. The route also provides panoramic views of Te Whanganui a Tara (Wellington Harbour) and the Cook Strait, enhancing the experience with stunning natural scenery.

This event serves as a community fundraiser for Seatoun School, emphasizing local involvement and support. The atmosphere is typically family-friendly, inclusive of a shorter fun run specifically designed for children, fostering a sense of community engagement and participation among young residents and their families.
