About this course
This event takes place at Freyberg Beach and is part of a recurring series occurring every second Wednesday evening. It offers a variety of activities for participants of all skill levels, including Swim + Run events and Ocean Swims.
The atmosphere is inclusive, with opportunities for competitive racers as well as those looking to enjoy a casual outing. For younger participants under 13, a run-only option is available, allowing them to complete a single lap of the distance offered that evening, which ranges from 1.5 km to 2.5 km.
