Trentham 5km Series 5

The Trentham 5km Series takes place within the verdant surroundings of Trentham Memorial Park in Upper Hutt. The course includes a mix of concrete footpaths interspersed with native bush tracks and gravel, offering runners a variety of terrains. Each race in the series features a course configuration that combines one larger 1.6km lap with a shorter 900m lap, which participants can complete in different sequences to achieve distances of either 2.5km or 5km. The park setting not only provides a scenic backdrop but also a tranquil atmosphere, conducive to both competitive racing and community participation. This event is managed by the Trentham United Harriers Club, emphasizing local sports engagement and fostering a sense of community among participants.
